Already know about the kitchen selector? |
The pixel sales platform and its component systems have been developed by PIXEL IMAGE Ltd. Pixel have over 20 years’ experience helping more than 2500 property projects to market, across the globe.
The Selector systems have been developed in response to the changing dynamic of the modern home buyer. We believe that buyers want to know more about a property before they connect and make a purchase. The information they seek needs to be accessible whenever and wherever they are.
The selector systems have been designed to deliver property information in a relevant, engaging and intuitive way. Informing buyers and enabling their choices.
Together, Pixel and its property partners, are changing the way property is sold.
About this Policy
Along with our Privacy Policy, this cookie policy provides you with information about the various types of cookies and other similar technologies that are used by all our Selector Range of systems, websites, mobile Selector systems and apps and other systems and services. We’ll review this policy from time to time to make sure it’s up-to-date. If we make changes, we’ll post the latest version here. When we make significant changes, we’ll let you know when you next access our services, or by other communications.
How do we use cookies or similar technologies?
We use cookies or similar technologies when you use our services and systems, such as our ‘Selector’ range of products and when visiting our websites. These cookies or similar technologies are controlled either by us directly or by third parties such as clients of Pixel Image that incorporate one or more of our Selector systems in their websites.
We use cookies when they are essential to deliver our services, to optimise and personalise the delivery of our services, to analyse and better understand the services we can offer you in future. You can find out more about how to manage cookies and similar technologies below.
What are Cookies?
A cookie is a small text file containing an identifier (a string of letters and numbers) that is sent by a web server to a web browser and is stored by the browserfor a limited period of time.
Some of the cookies we use are removed as soon you leave our site or app, because we don't need to store this information between visits. By contrast, ‘persistent’ cookies enable our system to recognise you when you make return visits to us, and automatically expire when they reach a specified expiry date unless you delete them earlier. Persistent cookies placed on your device by Pixel Image will never be stored for longer than 2 years from the date of your last visit.
When do we use Cookies?
Where they are essential in order to deliver the features and functions of the system.
Some of our Selector range of systems provide the ability to remember you and your selections you have made and wish to save for use later. In order for the system to know its you who have returned and to display your saved selections, we place a cookie on your device. This cookie does not collect any personal data about you and cannot be used to identify you. The cookie saves the information about your selections inside the cookie and not our system, so when you return it tells the system what you have saved and other settings from the cookie and no other reference. The system then recreates the saved statebased on what the cookie hold on your device.
To optimise and personalise the delivery of our services
We may use Cookies to optimise and personalise your experience of the Pixel ImageSelector Systems. Without them, ourSelector systems could feel a less easy to use. For example, we use Cookies to recognise whether you are a first-time visitor or a return visitor and to tailor the presentation of the Selector system accordingly. Such as availability status of properties you recently viewed or recommendation of new properties or options since your last visit.These kinds of Cookies are also used to recognise you when you access Selector systems from different devices, to provide you with a consistent experience.
To analyse and better understand our services
We use Cookies to monitor, test, and understand more about how our services are used and accessed. This enables us to make important decisions about how best to develop or deliver our product to meet your needs.
Cookies and advertising
We do not use any cookies to collect personal data about you to use for Marketing or Advertising directly or indirectly. All the information we collect through cookies is anonymous and cannot be used to identify you.
Cookies used by our service providers
Our service providers use cookies and those cookies may be stored on your computer when you visit our website.
We use Google Analytics to analyse the use of our Selector systems and websites. Google Analytics gathers information about Selectors and websites use by means of cookies. The information gathered is used to create reports about the use of our Selectors and websites. Google's privacy policy is available at: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.
How can I withdraw my consent to the use of Cookies?
We may not need to place any cookies on your device when you first start using a Selector System. However, if you want the System to remember your choices and selections, we will need to place a cookie on your device at that time. When we do this, we ask you to confirm if you're ok with us using Cookies in line with this policy. If you don't agree to our use of these technologies, or you change your mind at a later date, you can either withdraw your consent using the methods set out below or, alternatively, do not use the save, print, download or favourites functions on our systems.
Withdrawing consent using your browser or device settings
The easiest way to withdraw your consent to Cookies is via the settings of the browser or device you are using to access our services. Internet browsers such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Opera and Edge have settings that allow you to control the way your information is collected and shared. Typically, these browsers allow you to view all the cookies they are storing on your device, delete your cache of cookies, and adjust your preferences for future collection.
You can obtain up-to-date information about blocking and deleting cookies via these links:
(a) https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95647?hl=en (Chrome);
(b) https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/enable-and-disable-cookieswebsite-preferences (Firefox);

(e) https://support.apple.com/kb/PH21411 (Safari); and
(f) https://privacy.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10-microsoft-edge-andprivacy (Edge).
The downside of using browser or device settings to withdraw your consent is that it will have the effect of disabling many of the Cookies that are essential to enabling some of our Selectors to work. - the impact of this is that some of the features and functionality we offer may stop working. Because of this, we would recommend taking a more targeted approach to withdrawing your consent.
